Ayurveda, psychology and yoga are three ancient wisdom traditions that can positively affect how we cope with anxiety and depression. Ayurveda and Yoga both make use of cognitive therapy at they both concentrate on the stories we tell ourselves. Making use of all three traditions enables us to be aware of our thought patterns and then tools to change what is needed.
