Ayurveda Therapy Bundle

Service Description

Ayurveda employs many different modalities together for specific health issues. A massage on its own reduces stress. Using massage as a therapy would mean adding in 4-5 therapies in one session to address one cause. Some therapies are considered purifying while others are considered balancing. Therapy bundle is personalized for each individual need but will include valuka swedana ( Warm Bolus), MArma Point Therapy, Vasti ( Dough dam filled with medicinal oil) , Massage, and lastly sauna . Depending upon the health issue a medicinal paste will be sent home with instructions to apply daily until the next session. This bundle consists of three sessions booked within a week. Day 1, 3 and 7 for optimal results.
