Affective memory massage works on specific parts of the body in areas that are known to hold onto our emotions . Trapped emotions can very easily translate into blockages found in muscles and tissues. Deep seated emotions are particularly sensitive areas. This massage uses individual points that can be painful for some followed by an emotional release.
