200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Service Description

This distinctive yoga teacher training is intended as a vehicle for self learning both practical and hands on for future yoga teachers. Y Knot Unwind Studio has partnered with Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute in Rishekesh , India or Gamma Institute , Ecuador. 140 Hour program will take place in Canada and the second 100 hour at our partner school. Contact the studio for a more detailed description of our course, application process and class syllabus. Those going to Ecuador this will take place July 16-28, 2023. The program in studio starts September 17, 2023 and the dates for India are January 7-21, 2024.
