Y Knot Unwind Studio has partnered with Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute to offer a 100 hour certification course in Yoga and Ayurveda .Rishekesh is known as the yoga capital of the world and home to numerous yoga and wellness schools. Course is 2 weeks October 16-30th.

About the Event
This 100 hour course can be offered in conjuction with our Ayurveda 200 hour therapist course or on its own. 100 Hours will be completed at the studio and the second 100 hours in Rishekesh, India. Upon completion one will be certified as an Ayurveda Therapist as well as qualify for Ayurveda desigination throught the CYA. This course is for anyone interested in alternative health modalities with a basic knowledge of Ayurveda. There is opportunity to use the hours as well for continuing education hours towards a YTT.
