Indian Head Massage and Marma workshop

Indian head massage is a practice that is beneficial in helping to reduce the effects of stress, insomnia, depression, headaches and foggy brain. It is a simple practice that can be incorporated into an exisiting massage practice at a spa or massage center or as part of a self care routine for self and loved ones.  Week one will focus on the marma points of the head, neck and shoulder as well as introduce marma point therapy. Week two will focus on massage techniques and the steps used , and oils alongside marmas to complete this massage modality.
