About the Event
Ayurveda has always supported the idea that the body provides clues when we are unhealthy. Disease or unhealth can show up on the face, tongue, eyes ,nails and even the many layers of the pulse. This 3 session course will focus on 1) a basic understanding of Ayurveda and the three Gunas and 3 doshas. 2) What is our own dosha? 3) The health of our tongue and the map it shows. 4) Face reading. This 20 hour course can also go towards a 200 hour Ayurveda under the CYA.
