Ayurveda gives us tools and opportunity to achieve our best potential based on our own unique individual blueprint known as your Dosha. Ayurveda and Yoga are different sides of the same coin and together are an important piece of that health and wellness puzzle.
Ayurveda therapies help with the physical and emotional sheaths of the body. Some techniques are nurturing and work on the entire nervous system , others are employed for specific ailments.
My goal is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals through the lens of Ayurveda, physical and mental health via yoga and assorted massage therapies to reduce stress and improve overall health.
Whether you’re seeking help with weight loss, improved physical health, nutrition, or disease prevention, each client is individually evaluated and provided
with a well-researched and comprehensive plan they can follow for the rest of their lives.
Healthy lifestyle routines are implemented based upon the seasons, time of day and time of our life. Massage modalities are suggested based on individual needs. We all start somewhere and I hope I can assist you on your journey.

Weekly Yoga Schedule
July 13- July 20
Our schedule will be changing with the Covid regulations. All in class classes will be held outdoors on the yoga deck and surrounding areas. On line classes will be reduced and currently there is no cost for the online classes. Due to the restrictions put upon gatherings these classes are limited to 9 people. Bring a mask if needed and social distancing is required. The outdoor classes must be preregistered. Outdoor classes are weather permitting
Affirmation, asanas and pranayama to start the week
All levels hatha yoga class. Mondays class incorporates more flow and less static postures. Blocks, strap and cushion needed. Please bring your own mat
Hatha all level class. Please bring a mat , water and sun screen.
Gentle class focusing on hips, pranayama and meditation
All levels hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation
Shatkarma and pranayama. Cleansing practices.
