Ayurveda, Yoga and Massage
Ayurveda gives us tools and opportunity to achieve our best potential based on our own unique individual blueprint known as your Dosha. Ayurveda and Yoga are different sides of the same coin and together are an important piece of that health and wellness puzzle.
Ayurveda therapies help with the physical and emotional sheaths of the body. Some techniques are nurturing and work on the entire nervous system , others are employed for specific ailments.
My goal is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals through the lens of Ayurveda, physical and mental health via yoga and assorted massage therapies to reduce stress and improve overall health.
Whether you’re seeking help with weight loss, improved physical health, nutrition, or disease prevention, each client is individually evaluated and provided
with a well-researched and comprehensive plan they can follow for the rest of their lives.
Healthy lifestyle routines are implemented based upon the seasons, time of day and time of our life. Massage modalities are suggested based on individual needs. We all start somewhere and I hope I can assist you on your journey.
Schedule a Session
All outdoor classes must be booked in advance.Full indoor classes will resume in September. Aerial class schedule will also resume in September. Private aerial classes are available to book. Septembers schedule will be indoors.
To ensure everyones health all indoor classes will be limited and unfortunately no drop ins to ensure proper social distancing practices. A new air purifying system has been installed and all mats replaced with anti microbial cork. Masks are required to enter and hand sanitizing stations set up for entry and exit.
Saturday- Ayurveda Nutrition (FULL)
50 hour course
Gentle floor/aerial class
A good class if you are new to either hatha yoga or aerial yoga. First half we will use the floor and second half we use the silks for strengthening balance, and co-ordination, pranayama.
Monday- Online FULL
Yoga of emotional health is a 5 weeks seres exploring emotion through poses, qigong, trigger points, pranayama and meditation. ONLINE
Tuesday Ayurveda Nutrition -
Cooking Class -Online
Ayurveda cooking in our kitchen
Hatha all level class.Class is currently full
Wednesday- Gentle aerial/floor
Gentle class focusing on shoulders, pranayama and meditation
Thursday- Aerial Yoga
All levels aerial class.
Saturday : Ayurveda Nutrition
