200 hour Yoga Teacher Training

This distinctive yoga teacher training is intended as a vehicle for self learning both practical and hands on for future yoga teachers. Deepen your yoga practice and become a certified yoga instructor. Our comprehensive training program will deep your practice, enhance teaching skills and guide you towards becoming a confident and knowledgable yoga instructor. Whether you’re looking to become a yoga instructor or deepen your practice, this program is designed to empower and inspire. Y Knot Unwind Studio has partnered with Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute in Rishekesh , India or El Refugio Calmacetal , Ecuador. The first 100 hour program will take place at the studio and the second 100 hour at our partner school. Contact the studio for a more detailed description of our course, application process and class syllabus. Those going to Ecuador this will take place Sept, 2025 . The program in studio starts February 2025 and the dates for India are January 2026. The Schedule below is loose but gives an idea of suggested dates.
