About the Event
- Y Knot unwind studio has partnered with Gamma Insitute Ecuador for 12 day wellness retreat. El Refugio center is located in the beautiful Andea mountainside surrounded by nature. THe center is an offgrid ecological paradise that helps to preserve and promote the biodiversity of the land. This 100 hour certification  program can be used for continuing education for existing yoga teachers as well as anyone wishing to expand their current knowledge base.  All meals are based on the concept of Ayurveda. We will reasses travel at the end of November  due to COViD. In the event we are unable to safely travel at this time we will reschedule to end of April
